    Position: Assistant Video Editor

    Location: Kabes Media Office, Jakkur, Bangalore North

    Job Type: Full-time (6 months probation period)

    Schedule: Full-time, six days a week

    Salary: ₹3,60,000 per annum with a 10% variable pay based on performance

    Start Date: May 01, 2024

    Notice Period: 1 month

    Job Description:

    Join Kabes Media as a Full-Time Assistant Video Editor and be a part of our dynamic video production team. Your role is crucial in shaping the visual narrative of our documentaries, corporate films, and ad films. This position demands creativity and precision in editing, ensuring each project effectively communicates our vision to the audience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with the production team to understand and execute various project visions.
    • Edit and refine video footage, ensuring narrative flow and visual consistency.
    • Use Adobe Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects, to create engaging motion graphics and title sequences.
    • Enhance videos with graphics, effects, and sound design.
    • Engage in creative brainstorming for innovative video concepts.
    • Adhere to strict project timelines, meeting deadlines efficiently.

    Requirements:

    • At least two years of experience editing documentaries, corporate films, and ad films.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects.
    • Firm grasp of visual storytelling, video composition, and rhythm.
    • Ability to create basic motion graphics and title sequences.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining visual and narrative consistency.
    • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
    • Team player, capable of collaborative work.
