    Job Overview

    We are looking for an experienced Sr Travel Consultant to join our team at FLY-HI MARITIME TRAVELS PVT LTD. As a Sr Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end travel solutions to our clients. This includes handling air ticket services, visa services, passport and insurance services, hotel services, If you have 4 to 6 years of experience in the travel industry and possess excellent communication and organizational skills, we would love to hear from you.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 4 to 6 years of experience as a travel consultant
    • Excellent knowledge of travel booking systems and GDS(AMADEUS )
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
    • Knowledge of visa application processes and travel regulations
    • Understanding of different travel destinations and their attractions
    • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
    • Proficiency in English and other languages is a plus
    • IATA certification or relevant travel industry certifications

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Handle client inquiries and provide travel advice and recommendations
    • Book air tickets, hotels, and other travel-related services according to client preferences
    • Assist clients with visa applications and ensure all necessary documentation is in order
    • Provide detailed itineraries and travel plans to clients
    • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements
    • Resolve any travel-related issues or complaints
    • Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends and developments
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
