    Cloud Networking Engineer III

    Cloud Network Engineer will help design, architecture, and development our cloud networking solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record of working with large scale, high-availability systems, overseeing the performance and quality of the designs, mentoring developers, and ensuring that services under his/her responsibility meet business requirements and industry best practices emphasizing on cloud native networking services offered by Azure, GCP, AWS and OCI.

    Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of cloud networking solutions that meet the diverse needs of NCR Voyix using cloud native networking services
  • Provide technical leadership to systems engineers with focus on cloud best practices for networking.
  • Evaluate and implement on-premises to public cloud connectivity solutions.
  • Architect networking solutions that optimize performance, security, and cost-effectiveness within cloud environments
  • Conduct in-depth technical assessments, performance analysis, and troubleshooting of networking solutions to identify and resolve bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and inefficiencies.
  • Work closely with Software and Product Leadership to align software development initiatives with business goals.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous standards for cloud networking services.
  • Manage third party vendor relationships to achieve business objectives and meet expected SLAs with high quality.
  • Set the direction for Networking teams that support the operational delivery, cloud native services and performance of services in our cloud.
  • Partner closely with information security and infrastructure teams to ensure optimal application performance and security.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging networking technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or other related discipline required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cloud-based architecture and networking
  • Expertise in Azure, GCP, OCI, or AWS networking stack
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
