Job summary
Provide receptionist and front office duties in accordance with company policies procedures and processes Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets Handle incoming and outgoing calls including distribution Demonstrate professional polite responses in telephone responses Maintain the telephone registers including call tracking Prepare database of Client contacts and update Ensure receipt of magazines newspapers for the building Display latest version in reception Remove outdated magazines Ensure compliance of regulations requirements of management.
