    Job Overview

    We are seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our team at Factor Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing HR support in various areas, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This is a full-time position based in Cochin, Kerala, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist.
    • Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to handle employee relations issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Candidates from any factory working experience as HR is preferred

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including preparing job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and issuing offer letters.
    • Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances, conducting investigations, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
    • Support performance management process by assisting in goal-setting, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations by keeping up-to-date with changes, maintaining personnel records, and addressing any compliance issues.
    • Coordinate training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, organizing workshops, and tracking employee development plans.
    • Maintain HR policies and procedures, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance overall HR operations.
    • Handle employee offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, processing final settlements, and ensuring smooth transition for departing employees.
