JobOverview:

We are seeking a skilledMiller and Turner to join our manufacturing team. The idealcandidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining millingand turning machines ensuring precision in machining parts andtools. The role demands a high level of technical skill andattention to detail to produce quality work according tospecifications.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Operatemilling and turning machines to produce parts and tools from metalplastic or othermaterials.
  
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications todetermine machiningoperations.
  
• Inspectand measure finished products to ensure conformance tospecifications using precision instruments such as micrometers andcalipers.
  
• Performroutine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimizedowntime.
  
• Adhereto all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe workingenvironment.
  
• Selectappropriate tools and materials for each project and manageinventory.
  
• Workclosely with other team members including engineers and othermachinists to improve processes and productquality.
  
• Maintainaccurate records of job times materials used and workcompleted.
  
  

RequirementsEssentialQualifications:

• Highschool diploma orequivalent.
  
• Completedapprenticeship or vocational training in milling and turning orrelatedfield.
