    WORK EXPERIENCE:

    Min 12 to 15 Years Experience into IT Infrastructure Networking Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.


    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
    • Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
    • Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team weekly basis.
    • Understand the customer need in time and provide right solution aligning right team members proactively.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DELIVERABLES:

    • Manage entire Sales team and report to Division Head.
    • Work Proactively to enhance team capability and improvise the performance and work.

    • BE, BCA, MBA, degree in business administration or a related field.
    • Successful previous experience as a sales manager.

    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
