    Job Overview

    WINGS Brand Activations is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive in Chennai Ayanavaram. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our marketing solutions to brands in the designated area. This is a full-time position with excellent growth opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, with a strong drive to achieve targets and generate leads. This role is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong sales drive and ability to meet targets
    • Proven track record in lead generation and sales
    • Effective presentation skills
    • Highly energetic and self-motivated
    • Knowledge of Building Materials industry is a plus
    • Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell WINGS Brand Activations' marketing solutions to brands in the designated area
    • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
    • Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
    • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of client projects
    • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional network

    Experience - 06 months - 2 year.

    Preferably : building materials/paint division/others
