- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the hospital's overall mission, vision, and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance.
- Lead the recruitment process for all hospital staff, ensuring the timely identification and selection of qualified candidates to meet staffing needs across various departments and specialties.
- Provide leadership and guidance to HR staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment focused on achieving departmental and organizational goals.
- Implement performance management systems and processes to assess and improve employee performance, productivity, and engagement.
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent within the healthcare industry.
- Serve as a resource and advisor to hospital management and staff on HRrelated matters, including employment law compliance, workplace policies and procedures, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Partner with department heads and managers to identify training and development needs, and coordinate the delivery of relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and accreditation standards governing HR practices within the healthcare industry.
- Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner, promoting a positive and respectful work environment for all staff.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues in healthcare HR management, and recommend proactive strategies to address current and future challenges.
