    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the hospital's overall mission, vision, and objectives.
    • Oversee all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance.
    • Lead the recruitment process for all hospital staff, ensuring the timely identification and selection of qualified candidates to meet staffing needs across various departments and specialties.


    Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to facilitate the smooth integration of new employees into the hospital environment and culture.


    • Provide leadership and guidance to HR staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment focused on achieving departmental and organizational goals.
    • Implement performance management systems and processes to assess and improve employee performance, productivity, and engagement.
    • Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent within the healthcare industry.
    • Serve as a resource and advisor to hospital management and staff on HRrelated matters, including employment law compliance, workplace policies and procedures, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
    • Partner with department heads and managers to identify training and development needs, and coordinate the delivery of relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and accreditation standards governing HR practices within the healthcare industry.
    • Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner, promoting a positive and respectful work environment for all staff.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues in healthcare HR management, and recommend proactive strategies to address current and future challenges.
