Outbound Calls and Answering Inquiries

Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on their requests.

Provide information about products and services; record details of complaints; "motivate" clients to take orders and start services again.

Maintain records of client interactions and transactions, as well as details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Refer unresolved client grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
