Job Description (Software/IT Services)

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

· Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

· Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.

· Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

· Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

· Develop and maintain marketing collateral, brochures, Flyers etc.

· Perform market research and execute strategies to launch products to market.

· Assess and identify market opportunities to create opportunities for existing products.

· Completes qualitative assessment of competitors and their capabilities.

· Develop and engage in go-to-market campaigns, support marketing activities.

Required Skills:

· Certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel & PowerPoint.

· Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask

Qualification- MBA/PGDM (Marketing)
