    Job Summary:

    We are looking for Associate Manager Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consolidating financial statements, liaising with auditors, Accounting for inter-company transactions & preparing the monthly MIS. The role requires strong Consolidation, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with defined timelines.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP / Ind AS and IFRS (wherever required)
    • Consolidate financial statements for multiple entities.
    • Liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records for inter-company transactions.
    • Resolve, in collaboration with business operations, discrepancies and related inquiries & provide financial analysis and support to other departments as needed.
    • Work closely with financial reporting (GL) / AR / AP team for a smooth and timely closure of books at month-end
    • Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls / procedures / best practices and process improvement. Design and implement effective policies, procedures and controls including SLA, Intercompany processes etc.
    • Leverage ERP capabilities and improve efficiency through automation & Business excellence.
    • Participate in special projects as assigned by senior management.
    • Prepare monthly management information system (MIS) reports and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.

    Requirements:

    • Chartered Accountant is essential.
    • Around 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, Auditing, Consolidation, or related field or recent CA fresher
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
    • Knowledge of GAAP, Ind AS and IFRS (wherever required)
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
