    Roleand Responsibilities:
    As a Talend Developerwith YO HR CONSULTANCY you will be responsible for solicitingbusiness functional nonfunctional and technical requirementsthrough indepth interviews and requirement gathering processes. Itwill be your prime duty to analyze and document these requirementsand data definitions and to perform data analysis while supportingchange management training and testing efforts. Moreover you willcollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements on mergingdeduplicating and standardizing data and to develop support andrefine new data pipelines data models business logic and dataschemas as code aligning them with product specifications. Yourresponsibilities will also include prototyping and optimizing datatype checks before data load developing and refining batchprocessing data pipeline frameworks and maintaining improving anddeveloping expertise in existing production data models andalgorithms. Additionally you will be expected to learn and utilizebusiness data domain knowledge and its correlation to underlyingdata sources define document and maintain a data dictionaryidentify and validate opportunities to reuse existing data andalgorithms and collaborate on the design and implementation of datastandardization procedures. Sharing team responsibilitiescontributing to the development of data warehouses and productizingalgorithms are also crucial aspects of your role along withparticipating in oncall and weekly shiftrotation.

    CandidateQualifications:
    To excel in this role youshould possess a Bachelor of Engineering Bachelor of Technology(B.E./B.Tech.) and have 46 years of experience in building datapipelines and using ETL tools. A minimum of 2 years of experiencein ETL tools like Talend/Jaspersoft ETL tools and SQL programminglanguage along with strong skills in writing stored procedures andSQL queries is mandatory. Additionally you should have at least 2years of experience in Python programming and sound knowledge ofdistributed systems and data processing with Spark. Priorexperience in scheduling and orchestrating data pipelines orworkflows using a tool like Airflow as well as developing modernindustrystandard big data frameworks with AWS or other cloudservices for at least 1 year will be essential. Familiarity withcommon GitHub developer practices and paradigms agile methodologiesand crossfunctional teams is also required. Knowledge of buildingAWS data pipelines using Python S3 data lake Redshift or any othercolumnar database and experience with AWS services including S3Redshift EMR distributed systems and specialty pharmaceutical andretail pharmacy will be advantageous. Good knowledge of dataintegration processes and effective communication with bothbusiness and technical teams are essential while flexibility withworking hours will beappreciated.
