Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Trades: Buy and sell stocks and other financial instruments on behalf of clients, using a variety of trading strategies to maximize returns.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of financial markets, including equities, commodities, and derivatives, to identify trading opportunities.
• Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the company's assets and minimize potential losses.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their investment goals, provide trading advice, and ensure the best possible service.
• Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and compliance standards, including NISM regulations, to ensure legal and ethical trading practices.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of trading strategies, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with market trends, financial news, and emerging technologies in the trading industry to enhance trading skills.

Qualifications:

• MBA, MCom, BSc, or MSc in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• NISM Certification is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in stock trading, with a proven track record of successful trading strategies.
• Proficient in financial analysis tools and trading platforms.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.
• A passion for financial markets and a desire to build a successful career in trading.
