    MajorJobResponsibilities:

    1.Trainingand preparing call centre representatives to respond to customerquestions and complaints and troubleshoot problems with services orproducts.

    2.Ensuringagents understand and comply with all call centre objectivesperformance standards andpolicies.

    3.Answeringagent questions regarding best practices or difficultcalls.

    4.Identifyingoperational issues and suggesting possibleimprovements.

    5.Monitoringand evaluating agent performance providing learning or coachingopportunities and taking corrective action ifnecessary.

    6.Preparingreports and analysing data to assist management as they determinecall centregoals.

    7.Workingwith other supervisors and management team members to supportagents and maximize customersatisfaction.
