    Job Title - Assistant Manager- Performance Marketing

    Purpose of Function

    To stay relevant and drive growth the company needs to enhance its digital presence and marketing effectiveness. This role will help develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives to drive better conversion and enhanced customer engagement.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    Performance Marketing & Campaign Management:

    • Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
    • Analyze and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, CTR, CPA, and CPL.
    • Manage and optimize budget allocation to ensure cost-effective campaign performance.
    • Collaborate with external agencies and third-party vendors for website and display ad execution.
    • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer behavior, the competitive landscape, and identify new opportunities.

    Social Media & Content Strategy:

    • Develop and maintain a content calendar for organic social media posts.
    • Drive engagement and build community on social media through innovative content and campaigns.
    • Train and manage Sales Navigator to optimize lead generation efforts.

    Analytics, Insights & Reporting:

    • Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Utilize Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Power BI to track and analyze digital marketing effectiveness.
    • Implement and utilize social listening tools to monitor brand conversations and audience sentiment.

    AI & Automation for Marketing Optimization:

    • Leverage AI-driven automation tools to manage chatbot activities and enhance customer interactions.
    • Optimize digital workflows through automation to improve lead generation and nurturing processes.

    Additional Roles:

    • Develop periodic newsletters and newsroom management and updates.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

    Education:

    MSc/ BE/MBA graduate with a Digital marketing certification

    Related Experience:

    Min 3-4 yrs experience in digital marketing or relevant role
