    About the Role


    The role will be an integral part of business in terms of managing large & mid-level accounts / clients for our InsurTech SAAS product-line.

    It entails identifying new accounts while managing existing accounts in terms of revenues, cross-sell / up-sell opportunities and sustaining positive client relationship.

    The incumbent is responsible for client as well as product success management and must have a deep understanding of developing & deepening business relationships with ability to thrive in fast paced, high growth work ecosystem.

    Key responsibilities:


    • Build new relationships with clients in Insurance, Fintech, NBFC financial services, Insurtech, NBFC, etc. category, as applicable.
    • Build and curate lead pipeline of prospective clients within and across the sector by identifying potential opportunities.
    • Own the client account in an end-to-end manner from demo / pitches to documentation & commercial agreements to managing P&L (topline, margin, revenue, renewals, pricing) of the accounts.
    • Structure profitable deals that mutually support client and business vision.
    • Ensure successful onboarding of clients followed by delivering as per SLAs & quality commitments.
    • Stay updated on the competitor landscape through constant market research and analytics / dashboards
    Your key qualifications & competencies:

    1.

    1 to 3 years of experience in Institutional Business Development/ Building Partnerships for Insurance, Micro Finance, NBFCs, Understanding of SAAS products and technology is a huge plus.


    • Experience in working with senior management / decision makers within the organization and for the clients.
    • Experience & expertise in P&L management, leading teams to performance and client interfacing.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively negotiate and have a problem-solving approach.
