    Role: Test Automation Engineer

    Experience Level: 4-6 Years

    Work location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Trivandrum

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    ● In Dept Work Experience in Manual, Automation, are expected.

    ● 3+ years of industry experience developing production-quality code for products or services

    ● Strong written and verbal communication skills considering engineering organizations spread acrossmultiple sites.

    ● Good automation skills - primarily with Java scripting.Test frameworks such as selenium, REST

    Assured, TestNG

    ● Technical and API Testing over Just GUI Testing like Postman.

    ● Good to have Database testing skills - primarily with SQL query.

    ● Good to have Google cloud platform and Amazon web services exposure.

    ● JIRA and ALM exposure is required for Test Management, good to have

    ● User Stories and Customer Needs over Requirement Specifications.

    ● Work effectively to define testable user stories, especially acceptance criteria, with customer representatives and stakeholders.

    ● Collaborate within the team, working in pairs with programmers and other team members.

    ● Respond to change quickly, including changing, adding, or improving test cases.

    ● Plan and organize their own work.

    ● Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP): Must-Have: A deep understanding of NLP concepts and applications to assess how well the conversational system interprets and generates natural language.

    ● Testing Methodologies:

    Must-Have: Proficiency in testing methodologies specific to conversational interfaces, including scenario-based testing, intent testing, and regression testing.

    ● Scripting and Coding:

    Must-Have: Proficiency in scripting and coding languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to automate testing processes and create test cases.

    ● Analytical Skills:

    Must-Have: Strong analytical skills to evaluate conversational flows, understand user journeys, and identify potential issues or improvements.

    ● Problem-Solving:

    Must-Have: Ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues in the conversational interface, proposing effective solutions.

    ● Test Case Design:

    Must-Have: Expertise in designing comprehensive test cases that cover a wide range of user inputs and scenarios to ensure thorough testing.

    Good-to-Have: Experience with testing conversational interfaces across multiple platforms, such as web, mobile, and voice-activated devices.

    ● Data Privacy and Security Awareness:

    Good-to-Have: Knowledge of data privacy and security considerations to ensure that user data is handled securely within the conversational system.

    ● Performance Testing:

    Good-to-Have: Experience with performance testing to evaluate how well the conversational interface handles high volumes of user interactions.
