    Job Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at RSV Enterprises - Smart Solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our top-quality steel kitchen cabinets to potential clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen cabinet or related industry
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies
    • Present and demonstrate our steel kitchen cabinets to potential clients, showcasing their features and benefits
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
    • Prepare sales reports and document customer interactions in CRM software
    • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance customer experiences
    • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote our products
    • Provide feedback and recommendations to management regarding customer preferences and market demands
