    The Role:Were on the lookout for an Ecommerce Growth Specialist with anindepth understanding of ecommerce algorithms and the nuances ofachieving high growth. This role is critical for someone who is notjust strategic and creative but also handson with experience acrossmajor ecommerce platforms in India. As an Ecommerce GrowthSpecialist at SuperSpring Ventures you will play a pivotal role indriving our online sales and expanding our marketshare.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Developa deep understanding of ecommerce algorithms across platforms tooptimize product listings increase visibility and boostsales.
    • Craft and execute acomprehensive ecommerce growth strategy focused on customeracquisition retention and conversionoptimization.
    • Collaborate with themarketing team to ensure ecommerce strategies are aligned withbroader marketing initiatives including but not limited to SEO SEMemail marketing and social mediacampaigns.
    • Analyse performancemetrics generate reports and provide actionable insights to steerfuture growth strategies.
    • Stayabreast of the latest ecommerce trends platform updates and bestpractices to keep our strategies competitive andinnovative.
    • Work closely withproduct supply chain and customer service teams to ensure aseamless and outstanding customerexperience.
    • Manage and finetune paidadvertising campaigns on ecommerce platforms to maximizeROI.
    • Tackle challenges creativelyand employ innovative solutions to drive sales growth across ourdiverse product segments.


    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Proventrack record in an Ecommerce Specialist role demonstratingsignificant growthachievements.
    • Expertise in theworkings of ecommerce platforms and digital marketingstrategies.
    • Strong analytical skillsto make datainformeddecisions.
    • Comprehensiveunderstanding of the Indian ecommerce landscape and consumerbehaviour.
    • Innovative mindset with aknack for developing creative marketingstrategies.
    • Excellent projectmanagement organizational communication and interpersonalskills.
    • Bachelor s degree inMarketing Business or a related field. A Master s degree will beconsidered anadvantage.
