    • Strong experience in AS400 and SYNON.
    • Strong knowledge in SYNON Programming and Change management tool such as Implementer.
    • Rich experience in delivering both Development and Support projects
    • Good Knowledge in SDLC Process such as Agile, Waterfall model and so on.
    • Exposure to JIRA tool.
    • Knowledge in IFS, FTP and SFTP process
    • Retail Domain knowledge is an added advantage.
    • Individual Contributor with limited assistance.
    • Good Team Player.
    • Good Communication and strong Aptitude & Logical skills
    • Customer relationship skills
