Should have willingness to travel widelyacross the state / country on a regularbasis.
Should have knowledge of variousmaterials basic knowledge of machining good knowledge ofcosting.

New business development will be hisonly focus and will not be involved in existing customerinteractions ( except for customers where we have less visibility)he should be ready for the challenges related to thesame.

Will be a key person in building theteam as and when the business grows.
Shouldcome on board with a long term plan to work with myCompany.

Will be the single point of contactto the customers so the candidate should be Sharp and focused andshould also engage with other teams to provide clear visibilityabout customersrequirements.
