      Business Development Manager: 4-6 Years

    Minimum Criteria:

    • Candidate must have experience in IT hardware, networking, software sales.
    • Two round of interview, which will be face to face at client location - New Delhi (Okhala phase & Gurgaon)
    • Notice Period- Immediate Joiner, Maximum we can consider 7 days

    Role Description:

    • This is a full-time role for a Business Development Executive/Manager located in New Delhi (Okhala phase & Gurgaon)
    • The BDE/BDM will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.
    • They will be actively involved in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing, and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing accounts.
    • Meet and exceed quarterly & annual quota.
    • Develop and maintain sales plan and opportunity pipeline.
    • Quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect
    • Build and maintain relationships at the executive, operational and IT level
    • Set proper expectations in sales cycles that result in customers who can be used as positive references for prospects.
    • Having experience in IT hardware sales - Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Server, Storage etc. will be preferable.
    • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience of 4-6 years in IT sales or said domain.
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Strong listening and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

    CTC Range: 6-10 LPA
