    Description

    Roles and Responsibilities :-

    • Manage and coordinate all administrative functions of the office
    • Handle day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
    • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
    • Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure their proper functioning
    • Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
    • Assist with the preparation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations
    • Maintain and update company databases and records
    • Provide general administrative support to team members
    • Forwarding the quotation to the clients.

    Desired Candidate Profile:-

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
    • Proven experience as an Admin Executive or in a similar administrative role
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
