    1. FranchiseDevelopment:
    • Developand execute a comprehensive franchise development strategy toachieve targeted growth objectives.
    • Identifypotential franchise markets and conduct thorough market research toassess viability.
    • Evaluate franchiseapplications conduct interviews and select qualified franchiseesaligned with the brands values andvision.
    2.Sales andLeadGeneration:
    • Generateleads through various channels including industry events digitalmarketing and networking.
    • Conduct presentationsand meetings with potential franchisees to communicate the benefitsand opportunities of our wellnessfranchise.
    • Manage the sales process frominitial inquiry to franchise agreementsigning.
    3.RelationshipManagement:
    • Build andmaintain strong relationships with current and prospectivefranchisees.
    • Provide ongoing support andcommunication to franchisees addressing concerns and ensuring theirsuccess.
    • Collaborate with internal teams tofacilitate effective communication and support forfranchisees.
    4.FinancialAnalysis:
    • Conductfinancial analysis and feasibility studies to ensure potentialfranchisees meet financial requirements.
    • Workclosely with finance and legal teams to negotiate and finalizefranchise agreements.
    5.Training andOnboarding:
    • Coordinatefranchisee training programs to ensure a successful onboardingprocess.
    • Provide ongoing training and supportto franchisees to ensure brand consistency and adherence tooperational standards.
    6.MarketExpansion:
    • Identify andevaluate opportunities for new market entry and expansion ofexisting markets.
    • Work with franchisees todevelop and execute local marketingstrategies.
    7.Reporting andAnalytics:
    • Prepareregular reports and analytics on franchise sales performance markettrends and other key metrics.
    • Utilizedatadriven insights to refine sales strategies and improve overallperformance.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in business marketing or a relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in franchise salespreferably in the wellness or healthindustry.
    • Strong understanding of the wellnessindustry and current market trends.
    • Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonalskills.
    • Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Proficient in using CRM tools andother salesrelated software.
