    Job Title: Assistant Manager- Global Accounts

    Location: Borivali, Mumbai

    Job Overview: As an Assistant Manager for Global Accounting, the main role is to help manage the financial activities of our organization on a global scale. The ideal candidate should have demonstrating expertise in General Ledger management, Reconciliations, MIS Reporting and preparation of financial reports, handling Audits adhering to IFRS.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of global accounting standards, ensuring adherence to IFRS.
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, fund flow statement, and other relevant financial reports.
    • Completion of audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
    • Maintain and manage the Fixed Assets Register (FAR), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
    • Preparation and submission of timely MIS reports to management, providing valuable insights and analysis.
    • Prepare consolidation financial reports to ensure accuracy and coherence across the organization.
    • Conduct regular bank & Party reconciliations and resolve the issues in a timely manner.
    • Prepare detailed inventory reports, analyzing stock reports, and ensuring accurate representation in accounting records.
    • Develop, generate, and analyze various reports, including but not limited to financial statements, MIS reports, and inventory reports.
    • Develop strong presentation skills to professionally present findings from reports to management.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement in the current ERP system, proposing and implementing upgrades to streamline and optimize global accounting procedures.
    • Stay updated on changes in accounting practices and provide recommendations for process improvements.

    Qualification & Work Experience:

    • CA Inter preferred (Not Perusing CA Final).
    • 10+ years of relevant work experience in accounting, financial management.
    • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
    • Thorough understanding and application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
