    Description
    Purpose of the roleSolely Responsible for maintenance of allvillas. Coordination with every department& to ensure that work is carried onina flawlesscondition. To Support in maintaining budgetsfacilities records equipmentandservices.

    Responsible for planning organizing and developing the overalloperationsof the housekeeping department inaccordance with national state andlocalstandards and guidelines along with assuring the highest degreeofquality guest care is maintained at alltimes.

    Responsible for staffing schedulingtraining and developinghousekeepingstaff. Toensure that every guest has a 7 star experience and the staffensures aclean hospitable and luxuriousenvironment.

    Duties&ResponsibilitiesPreConstruction:
    Act as the company s representative. Workclosely with the construction teams Lawyers Accountants etcinensuring all the company s duties arefulfilled in the quickest andcheapestmanner.
    Understand the construction process coordinate with theArchitectsContractors Vendors Logistics andPurchase team in ensuring timelydelivery ofmaterial etc.


    HouseKeeping:
    Set up systems and implementprocesses to ensure a 5 star experienceforall guests. Planorganize and direct team members to ensure the highest degreeofguest satisfaction.
    Daily supervision of the housekeeping staff.
    Daily supervision of the grounds keepingstaff. Purchase reorder and maintainhousekeeping supplies and inventory. Conductdaily inspections of all rooms and publicareas. Recruit schedule and train all newhousekeeping staff members. Maintain thehousekeeping budget providing billing summariesandexpenses. Upholdthe highest standards of cleanliness safety andconduct. Determine and maintain thedepartment work schedule used to notifystaffof upcoming events and ensure properpreparation and staffing. Ensure the propermaintenance of all equipment; makes arrangementsforrepair and/or replacement of used anddamaged equipment. Work closely withmaintenance team to ensure all servicesengineeringappliances are in perfect workingcondition.
    Managing Property Operations andEngineering Manage and coordinate all CivilLandscaping Engineering issues. Manage allhomes including equipment refrigeration HVACplumbingwater treatment electrical lifesafety systems leakages civil workpoolslandscape etc.
    Maintain and operate equipment at optimum effectiveness efficiencyandsafety. Establishand manage an effective room s maintenanceprogram.

    Create a team of oncall empanelledcontractors and vendors including butnotlimited to Electricians Plumbers Carpenters Waterproofingcompanies HVAC Swimming Poolcontractors Civil contractors GardenersPumpcontractors Painters Polishers etc.

    Selectand order or purchase new equipment supplies andfurnishings. Inspect and evaluate thephysical condition of facilities in ordertodetermine the type of workrequired. Recommend or arrange foradditional services such as paintingrepairwork renovations and the replacementof furnishings and equipment.
    MaintainingProperty Standards Maintain accurate logsand records as required. Assist ineffectively planning scheduling and evaluatingpreventativemaintenanceprograms. Set up and implement strongreporting systems.
    Providing ExceptionalCustomer Service Handle guest problems andcomplaints effectively. Empower employees toprovide excellent customer service. Displayleadership in guest hospitality by exemplifying excellentcustomerservice and creating a positiveatmosphere for guest relations.
    ManagingProfitability Help establish priorities fortotal property maintenance needs. Ensureongoing communication occurs in all areas of responsibilitytocreate awareness of business objectivesawareness of expectations andrecognition ofexemplary performance.
    Managing andConducting Human Resources ActivitiesCelebrate successes and publicly recognize the contributions ofteammembers.
    Establish and maintain open collaborative relationships withemployeesvendors contractors and empanelledpartners. Ensure employees are treatedfairly and equitably. Strive to improveservice performance. Provide feedback toemployees vendors contractors based onobservationof servicebehaviors. Supervise employees ability toexecute departmental and propertyemergencyprocedures. Review employees vendorscontractor s satisfaction results to identifyandaddress employee problems orconcerns. Solicit employees vendorscontractor s feedback. Help ensureregulatory compliance to facility regulations andsafetystandards.
    Ensure disciplinary procedures and documentation is completedaccordingto Standard and Local OperatingProcedures (SOPs and LSOPs) and supportthePeer Review Process. Ensure propertypolicies are administered fairly andconsistently.
