    Propques is in search of an energetic Sales Lead for Client Side to drive our sales efforts, holding a pivotal role within our Sales team. The ideal candidate is self-driven, responsible for pitching, conducting tours, and ultimately closing sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage inbound and outbound leads via cold calling, social media, networking, and events.

    Supervise existing sales pipeline, providing regular progress updates.

    Create customized deal proposals and collaborate closely with support teams like New Member Development, Community, Client Solutions, Product, Business Development, Broker Partnerships, and Account Management for successful deal closures.

    Lead and inspire a team towards achieving goals.

    Execute the entire sales process, from qualification to move-in.

    Develop sales strategies to nurture relationships with CXOs and other business leaders, aiding in acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.

    Demonstrate expertise in negotiation and relationship management.

    Foster a collaborative atmosphere, taking ownership to deliver excellent results.

    Conduct tours and present Center and business solutions to potential members.

    Willingness to travel within the city for scheduled and ad-hoc tours and meetings.

    Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal processes and communication, closely working with Sales and Marketing teams to devise sales strategies.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in commercial real estate, hospitality, service sales, or coworking space industry, especially in leasing.

    Proficient in CRM systems.

    Experience in B2B solutions is advantageous.

    Background in Business Development is a plus.

    Strong leadership skills with effective team management abilities.

    Demonstrated ability to enter new markets.

    Proven track record of successful individual and team-based work with a focus on revenue generation.
