Position
1. Position Title: SVP/Business Head Working Capital Lending / Supply Chain Finance
2. Location: Mumbai. Travel, as circumstances warrant
3. Reporting Manager: Chief Business Officer
4. Team Handling Role

Core Responsibilities
1. To grow the working capital loan business by onboarding hospitals for receivables financing and working capital loan products.
2. Identifying, Recruiting and Driving channel partners & DSTs on a continuous basis to ensure continuing sales growth.
3. Responsible for generating business through Direct Channel and hiring the sales team.
4. Spear-heading various awareness and lead-generating activities done by the team (such as Road Shows) in order to increase the inflow of customer enquiry further resulting in increased business volume.
5. Incorporating various check-points within the sales process of the team to ensure quality sourcing of hospitals. 6. Working with internal product and lender teams to design innovative products.
Required Skills & Experience
1. More than 8 years of experience.
2. Should have experience distributing business loans/working capital products amongst MSMEs/SMEs.
3. Should understand the P&L and lifecycle of business loans/working capital loans.
4. Should have direct experience in working out & negotiating commercial agreements.
5. Experience in designing incentive plans, motivational programmes and engagement activities.
6. The ability and inclination to balance risk and business growth.
7. Understanding of technology systems needed to power digital lending.
