- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in LT Panel building.
- Proficient knowledge of switchgear operations.
- Established network of client contacts in the industry.
- Drive sales for OEM Switchgear products.
- Secure upgrade orders for existing systems.
- Obtain retrofit orders to modernize and enhance system performance.
- Promote and sell a range of products including PCC (Power Control Centers), MCC (Motor Control Centers), VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), Control Desks, and Junction Boxes.
- Proven track record in post-sales support and engineering.
- Strong technical background with an ability to understand and explain complex electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets and objectives.
