Engineering ManagerLocation:
Noida (1 Role)/ Hyderabad (1 Role)What will you get todoYou will take role of an EngineeringManager. Expectation from Role holder is to be tech expertleadtech teams with high people managementquotient and prioritize tasks/ sprints. You will manageateam of 1020 members and over a periodmultiple products portfolios. This is to ensure youmonitorSprints & Performanceoptimization for systems.
You will drivetechnical design redesign remodelling and refactoring of systemsfor robustness andsustainability.

As anEngineering Manager you partner with cross functional teams ProductManageras well as senior leaders to create avision and roadmap for the team and collaborate & drivedesigndiscussions technology choices andparticipate in design & codereviews.

You will build processes for teamchampion product thinking and provide technical leadership.
Weexpect you to do a detailed &periodic assessment of people define their career path andensureknowledgetransfer.


ProfileExpectations:
Total Experience: 812Years Bachelor s degree in computer sciencesor equivalent stream. PG is good to have.
Strong Knowledge of algorithms and datastructures. Hands on experience in variousdatabase like MySQL PostgreSQL and MongoDBHandson experience in Software Development using React/ Angular GraphQL.


Preferred:
Designeddeveloped deployed largescale web applications on thecloud. Good understanding ofDocker/Containerized applicationdevelopment.
Also experience in BlockchainWeb3 NFT Ethereum Mining Token Hyperledger wouldbepreferred.
