- Research and deliver mobile device solutions that meet customer requirements
- Assist in identifying and organizing requirements and producing specifications for mobile application projects
- Build prototypes, frameworks, software development kits and accelerator systems suitable for engineering testing and evaluation
- Provide technical and execution leadership in the design and development of the solutions within project technical and timing objectives
- Supports Mobile Test Automation activities as needed
- Provide metric and quality leadership for architecture, design, source code and test
- Performs technical reviews of requirements, specifications, designs, code and other artifacts. Ensure commitments are agreed, reviewed and met
- Create and maintain product documentation (requirements, specification, design, development, integration, test procedures and results)
- Provide timely corrective actions on all assigned defects and issues
- Learn new skills and adopt new practices readily in order to develop innovative and lowcost products that maintain the company's technical leadership position
- Apply and comply with the project development process as defined by the Project Manager
- 8+ years of Software industry experience.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in Software development
- 3+ years of mobile development experience. Handson application development experiences with one or more of the following mobile technologies: iOS, Android, Xamarin, React Native
- 3+ years of experience using Agile methodology
- Highly Knowledgeable in Test Driven Development methodologies.
- Experience in Design patterns such as MVP, MVVM, Clean architecture
- Experience in working with GIT/SVN and CI environments.
- Experience building secure software
- Experience implementing Cloud and/or Hybrid-Cloud solutions a plus.
- Ability to review and create technical design documentation
- Strong understanding of testing concepts to participate in unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and performance testing
- Microservices architecture experience a plus.
- Ability to consistently perform well during times of increased work load
- Ability to work on crossfunctional project teams comprised of software verification and development engineers, system engineers, human factor engineers and quality engineers.
- Design/test experience working within a regulated environment.
- Working Knowledge of DRM, Six-Sigma principles
- Medical Devices experience
