JobDescription:We are lookingfor an experienced Senior Counselor with a background in ITeducational counseling to join our team. The Senior Counselor willbe responsible for providing comprehensive counseling services tostudents assisting them in making informed decisions about theireducation and careerpaths.

Responsibilities:Conduct oneonone counseling sessions with students to understandtheir educational goals interests strengths andchallenges. Provide guidance and support tostudents in selecting appropriate courses certifications and careerpathways based on their skills andaspirations. Assist students in developingpersonalized academic plans and setting achievablegoals. Offer information about variouseducational programs admission requirements scholarships andfinancial aid options. Address studentsconcerns academic difficulties and emotional challenges throughcounseling and referral to appropriateresources. Collaborate with facultyadministrators and external agencies to enhance student supportservices and academic success initiatives.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessionsand studentinteractions.

Qualifications:Bachelors degree. Minimum 3 6 years ofexperience in educational counseling or advising preferably in ahigher education or training institute.
Strong knowledge of educational systems academic programs andcareer pathways. Excellent communicationlistening and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic and supportive approach to counseling students fromdiverse backgrounds. Familiarity withassessment tools career inventories and counselingtechniques. Ability to work independentlyand collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment. Proficiency in using counselingsoftware and Microsoft Officeapplications.
