- Effectively communicate with clients in English, Kannada, and Hindi, both in vocal and written forms.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Arrange and accompany clients on site visits to showcase our real estate properties.
- Highlight key features and answer client questions during site visits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales support, including the preparation of sales presentations and materials.
- Assist in the closing of real estate deals and transactions.
- Actively identify and generate leads through various channels, such as referrals, online inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Nurture and maintain positive relationships with clients and potential buyers.
- Address client concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Generate regular reports on lead generation, client interactions, and pre-sales activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a pre-sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi, both in vocal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of real estate products and market dynamics.
