    Job Overview

    Gravity Homes is looking for a skilled Pre-Sales Executive with a background in the real estate industry. The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, providing information about our real estate offerings, and assisting in the sales process.

    Key Responsibilities

    Customer Engagement:

    • Engage with potential customers, both in-person and through various communication channels.
    • Provide information about Gravity Homes' real estate projects and offerings.

    Product Knowledge:

    • Develop a deep understanding of our real estate projects, including details about locations, pricing, features, and benefits.
    • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

    Client Communication:

    • Effectively communicate with clients in English, Kannada, and Hindi, both in vocal and written forms.
    • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.

    Site Visits:

    • Arrange and accompany clients on site visits to showcase our real estate properties.
    • Highlight key features and answer client questions during site visits.

    Sales Support:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales support, including the preparation of sales presentations and materials.
    • Assist in the closing of real estate deals and transactions.

    Lead Generation:

    • Actively identify and generate leads through various channels, such as referrals, online inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
    • Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on leads.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Nurture and maintain positive relationships with clients and potential buyers.
    • Address client concerns and provide exceptional customer service.

    Reporting:

    • Generate regular reports on lead generation, client interactions, and pre-sales activities.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of experience in a pre-sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the real estate industry.
    • Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi, both in vocal and written communication.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of real estate products and market dynamics.
    • Customer-oriented with a passion for sales.
