- Assist in financial planning and budgeting processes, including gathering data, preparing forecasts, and analyzing variances,
- Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders,
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement,
- Assist in developing financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions,
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy of data,
- Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions,
- Provide adhoc financial analysis and support to management as needed,
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting financial management including undertaking competition benchmarking,
- Undertake stakeholder management.
- CA / MBA with 35 years of postqualification experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with SAP will be an added advantage
- Experience working with startups will be considered positively
