Job Description:

Make calls to customers to learn about their requirement

Respond efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued

Make sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs

Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately

Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent command over English language.

Prior experience in calling/BPO would be added advantage
