    Job Overview

    We are hiring a Back Office Employee to join our team at Inspiron Technology. As a Back Office Employee, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization. This is a full-time position with a location in Malad, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
    • Familiarity with basic office equipment
    • Knowledge of sales and customer relationship management (CRM) is a plus
    • Previous experience in back office administration is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail
    • Maintain and update records and databases
    • Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
    • Support the sales team by providing necessary documentation and information
    • Assist in organizing and maintaining the office environment
    • Handle any other administrative tasks assigned by supervisors
