    Description

    Key Responsibilities & Objectives :

    • Work as a software engineer on a team of full stack software developers to develop and maintain software platforms
    • Assist in bridging skillsets and facilitate knowledge sharing across the development team, fostering a crossfunctional environment where every team member can effectively contribute
    • Using problemsolving skills, you will strive to quickly identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs for optimal user experience.
    • Maintain existing applications via debugging and continuous updates, ensuring code quality, organization, and automation
    • Perform code reviews and participate in pair programming sessions
    • Work in a modern Agile environment to deliver customer value with regular cadence

    Basic Requirements & Experience Expectations :

    • 6+ years of experience in industry performing software development.
    • 4year (bachelors) degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar field
    • Minimum 3 Years of Experience with Python in any frameworks (Django, Flask or FastAPI)
    • Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
    • Minimum 3 Years of experience with ReactJS or Angular framework
    • Good understanding on SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL DB's (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
    • Proficiency in containerization using Docker is essential for packaging and deploying applications.
    • Proficiency in setting up CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
    • Experience working with Microservices/Service Oriented Architecture Frameworks
    • Practical experience with AWS, particularly services like EC2, RDS, IAM, and Lambda
    • Excellent understanding of data visualizations and data integration services in AWS from backend technologies
    • Excellent understanding on authentication and authorization
    • Understanding of IT life cycle methodology & processes
    • Experience in understanding and Leading Enterprise Platform /Solutions
    • Experience in TDD and BDD unit testing and API contract testing.

    Additional Skills/Preferences :

    • Strong understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
    • Experience working on applications supporting biology and/or chemistry laboratories and/or familiarity with scientific assay data
    • Experience working with teams across organizational and geographic boundaries and multiple levels within the organization
    • Strong teamwork, selfmanagement, problemsolving abilities
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Experience in multiple common tech languages
