Management Trainee for Laundry Franchise Business, Hotel management students only (6 month)

Program will start from June 2024- Nov 2024

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Hotel management, Business Administration or related field is preferred.

2. Previous experience or knowledge in the laundry industry not required.

3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with franchise owners, staff, and customers.

5. Proficiency in using computer systems and standard software applications.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

7. Self-motivated and driven to learn and grow within the franchise business.

8. Willingness to work extra hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.

9.Willingness to travel to different part on India for Training.

Job Description:

A management trainee in UClean is responsible for learning and acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage the operations of a UClean franchise. They will receive comprehensive training and guidance to become proficient in all aspects of running a successful stores.

Responsibilities:

1. Learn and understand the franchise's business model, standard operating procedures, and brand standards.

2. Gain knowledge of laundry industry trends, best practices, and customer preferences.

3. Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the business, including overseeing laundry services, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any issues.

4. Learn and enforce franchise policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure quality service delivery.

5. Assist in maintaining equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

6. Collaborate with the franchise owner to create and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

7. Learn and contribute to the development of employee training programs to ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction.

8. Assist in managing inventory levels, monitoring supplies, and ordering necessary items in a timely manner.

9. Learn and use the franchisee's computerized system for managing customer data, transactions, and inventory.

10. Assist in analyzing business performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing appropriate strategies.

11. Gain knowledge of financial management principles to help track expenses, manage budgets, and optimize profitability.

12. Collaborate with the franchise owner to adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and maintenance of a clean working environment.

13. Learn and foster a customer-focused culture, ensuring exceptional service and resolving any customer complaints or issues.

The management trainee in UClean will receive comprehensive training and guidance from the management team and the Founders. The trainee may be required to rotate through various roles within the business to gain a thorough understanding of the business. This position serves as a steppingstone to assume higher-level managerial roles within the organization.

Selected candidates for the program will be provided with Stipend of Rs 15,000/- monthly. Best performing candidates will be absorbed in different departments upon successful completion of the program.
