As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing effective HR support and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This is a full-time position based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Assistant or in a similar role
• Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and prioritize

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate and conduct employee orientation and training programs
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
• Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
• Assist in the performance management process, including conducting performance evaluations
• Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits and leave programs
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives
