    Description


    Design, configure, and customize Oracle HCM modules to meet business requirements, including but not limited to Global HR and Benefits.

    Design Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service and configure. Design benefits plans, eligibility rules, enrollment options, and contribution structures within Oracle HCM Cloud. Configure Oracle Benefits Cloud module to align with client requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Customize the system to accommodate specific benefits policies, regulatory

    requirements, and reporting needs. Design HR processes, organizational structures, job profiles, and employee data models within Oracle Global HR Cloud. Customize the system to accommodate specific HR policies, regulatory compliance, and reporting needs across different regions and countries. Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure seamless integration with third-party benefits providers or systems. Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems, if necessary. Having hands on experience with Fast formula development will be an added advantage. Should have done documentation such as Test Scripts, user manuals and training guides.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver Oracle projects on time and within budget.

    Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Oracle certification in Oracle Cloud Benefits or HR is a plus. Work from Office is required.
