    Achieving Sales and collection Targets.

    ● Maintaining existing customer base by developing relationships with them in person, via telephone calls and emails. ● Finding and identifying new opportunities with potential customers to prospect for new business. Gathering market and customer information.

    ● Responding promptly to all mails and phone enquiries and sending competitive quotations.

    ● Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales and ensure that these are fully adhered to.

    ● Working with the NSM, devise a detailed tailored plan that maximizes income in the short and long term.

    ● Work closely with NSM, Head of Account Management, the Corporate Partnerships Team and across the Foundation to inform, promote and deliver the Corporate Partnerships Strategy. ● Attend internal meetings, seminars, Trade exhibitions, working groups, demonstrations and provide reports and analysis as required.

    ● Determine the most crucial needs of these key customers and carrying them out to ensure that they receive first-class customer care and service.

    ● Comes up with a strategy to manage the account and setting objectives about the account management.

    ● Interacting and communicating with the client on a regular basis to determine changing tastes and preferences.

    ● Carrying out continuous market analysis and research on the dynamics of the account.

    ● Coming up with a pricing structure/ Quote for the client. Respond to the RFQs from the client.

    ● Managing conflict and coming up with effective negotiation and sales strategies.

    ● Reporting to NSM periodically and discussing the scope and Business Strategies.

    ● Gathering and updating information on competitor's activities. ● Acknowledging the opportunities available for Marketing in the prospective industry and sharing it with the Senior Management. ● Working as Front sales for PDP
