    ResponsibilitiesImprove the look and feel of Mobile Apps, responsive websites and product software.
    Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex designroadblocks.
    Collaborate with Product, Research, and Engineering partners from concept through completion and future iterations.
    Own the end-to-end design (visual, etc.) across multiple features and projects.
    Provide implementation guidance to engineers and ensure features launch with top-notch visual quality.


    Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideasPresent and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholdersConduct user testing of completed Mobile apps and websites and evaluate user feedbackEstablish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standardsStay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

    Develop, contribute to, and maintain a cohesive design system.
    Inspire and mentor junior designers.

    Qualifications

    Need 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design.


    Portfolio:


    Solid portfolio showcasing work with attention to detail and articulating design decisions, with a focus on visual design and interactive elements.


    Education :
    Bachelor's degree in visual design, interaction design, human factors, human-computer interaction, or equivalent professional experience.

    Tool Proficiency:
    Proficient with design tools, especially Figma, and stays up-to-date on design trends.

    Platform Diversity:
    Experience designing software applications for multiple platforms (e.g., web, mobile, desktop).

    Communication Skills:

    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders.


    Problem Solving:
    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
