    • Develop and implement creative employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction.
    • Work closely with managers to implement effective performance management processes.
    • Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and employee development.
    • Implement initiatives to support the overall well-being of employees, including wellness programs and health-related activities.
    • Champion and reinforce the company's core values, ensuring they are reflected in day-to-day activities and decisions.
    • Identify training needs and design programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
    • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support professional growth and development.
    • Drive initiatives to enhance and promote the employer brand.
    • Organize and coordinate team-building events, social activities, and celebrations to promote a positive and inclusive company culture.
    • Handle day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
    • Serve as an HR point of contact with employees, including assisting with general queries.
    • Manage and promote employees' professional development.
    • Facilitate communication between managers and employees and resolve employee relations issues.
    • Communicate and interpret company policies and procedures.
    • Handle grievances.

    Requirements:


    • PG degree in Human Resources, or related field.


    • Minimum of 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist


    • Proven experience in employee engagement, employer branding, and training initiatives.


    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
