    Job Title: Revenue Optimization and Pricing Specialist

    About the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced revenue optimization and pricing specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning strategy on revenue optimization and pricing, identifying opportunities to optimize channel mix and maximize profit margins.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
    • Control discounts, promotions, and channel campaigns to achieve revenue targets.
    • Lead key revenue projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution.
    • Communicate revenue insights and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Work with the central pricing team to enhance pricing algorithm functionality and provide inputs for revenue maximization.
    • Contribute to best practices development in global markets and facilitate knowledge sharing between global and local strategy teams.
    • Oversee and deliver successful revenue launch cycles for new hotel assets.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in designing and executing projects.
    • Data orientation with a sound understanding of numbers and data, including ability to identify trends, patterns, outliers, and deep dive into core issues. Knowledge of R and SQL is a plus.
    • Fluent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Demonstrated high ethical values.
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
    • 3-4 years of experience in category or revenue management.

    Working Hours: US time zone (6:30pm - 3:30am IST)
