Responsibilities
- Strategic & Business Leadership - Define and execute a branch-level enterprise sales strategy aligned with organizational goals Own branch revenue profitability (P&L) and growth targets Identify new market opportunities verticals and large enterprise accounts Drive long-term business sustainability and competitive positioning Enterprise Sales & Key Account Management - Lead engagement with CXOs CIOs CTOs procurement heads of enterprise customers Oversee complex deal negotiations pricing strategies contract closures Manage grow strategic/key enterprise accounts Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction long-term partnerships Team Leadership & Development - Lead mentor develop enterprise sales managers account teams Set sales targets performance metrics incentive plans Conduct regular performance reviews capability development initiatives Build strong sales culture focused on accountability results Operational Excellence - Ensure accurate sales forecasting pipeline management CRM governance Coordinate pre-sales delivery finance support teams seamless execution Monitor branch operations risk management compliance standards Leadership & Management Strong people management coaching abilities Strategic thinking execution focus High level of business financial acumen Sales Negotiation Expertise in solution-based selling Strong negotiation deal-closure skills Ability to manage long cycles large sizes Communication Stakeholder Management Excellent communication presentation skills Proven ability engage senior stakeholders Cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred candidate profile Branch Strategy Development Execution P&L Management Profit Optimization Revenue Growth Market Expansion Business Planning Forecasting Risk Compliance Competitive Analysis Talent Succession Planning Performance Reviews Target Setting Incentive Design High-Performance Building Conflict Resolution Decision Making
