    Vice President - Gift Card - Loyalty - R&R - Prepaid Card


    Position Overview:


    As the Vice President of Enterprise Sales for Gift/Prepaid Cards, you will lead our strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence within the enterprise sector.

    Leveraging your extensive experience in sales leadership and deep understanding of the prepaid card industry, you will spearhead efforts to cultivate and nurture relationships with key enterprise clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive the successful implementation of our prepaid card solutions.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within the enterprise segment.
    • Lead and mentor a highperforming sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to optimize performance and foster a culture of success.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Clevel executives and key decisionmakers at enterprise clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
    • Collaborate crossfunctionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
    • Identify market trends, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic planning and enhance our competitive positioning.
    • Drive the development of compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored to the unique needs and objectives of enterprise clients.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market dynamics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization of sales processes.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise awareness and generate leads within the enterprise market.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on gift/prepaid card solutions or related financial services.
    • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in a highgrowth, fastpaced environment.
    • Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in building, coaching, and leading highperforming sales teams.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the prepaid card industry.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a resultsdriven approach and a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional value to clients.
    • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support sales initiatives.
