    Senior Operation Consultant:



    Key Responsibilities:



    Hotel Booking Management:

    • Coordinate with hotels and accommodation partners to secure bookings for clients.
    • Ensure accurate and timely confirmation of reservations.
    • Handle any modifications or cancelations as per the clients' requirements.
    • Maintain updated records of all bookings and related information.

    Quotation Preparation:

    • Prepare detailed and customized quotations for clients based on their travel preferences and requirements.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure competitive pricing and attractive offerings.
    • Address any queries or modifications requested by clients regarding the quotations.

    On-Tour Guidance:

    • Provide ontour guidance and support to clients during their travels.
    • Assist clients with any issues or concerns that may arise during their trip.
    • Ensure that clients have access to necessary information and resources throughout their journey.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hotels, and other travel partners.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Seek feedback from clients to continuously improve the quality of services offered.

    Operational Efficiency:

    • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement effective strategies to streamline processes.
    • Monitor key performance indicators related to operations and take corrective actions as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
    Qualifications and Skills:


    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience in operations management within the travel industry, with a focus on hotel bookings and tour operations.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
    • Proficiency in travel booking systems and software applications.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
    • Passion for travel and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.
