- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hotels, and other travel partners.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Seek feedback from clients to continuously improve the quality of services offered.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement effective strategies to streamline processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to operations and take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management within the travel industry, with a focus on hotel bookings and tour operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and software applications.
