    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely assistance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the loan application and servicing process.

    • Serve as the main point of contact for onboarded MSME clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channel
    • Provide detailed information about our financial products and services, including eligibility criteria, application procedures, documentation requirements, and loan terms.
    • Guide clients through the loan application process, assisting with the completion of application forms, submission of necessary documents, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates on the status of their loan applications, address any outstanding requirements or conditions, and answer questions related to loan servicing and repayment.
    • Conduct periodic follow-ups with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for improvement in our products and services.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications using CRM software or other designated systems.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in MSME finance to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
    • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or a related field.
    • Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry or products like home loan, LAP etc.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to empathize with clients' needs and concerns.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
    • Knowledge of MSME finance products, loan processing procedures, and regulatory requirements is preferred but not required.
    • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, particularly languages commonly spoken by MSME clients in the local market.
