    The Senior Specialist Digital Correspondence role is a senior position that is responsible for handling standard and complex email requests received from participants through the website. This role requires mastery of all types of email requests as evident through consistently high quality and productivity. This role also requires demonstrated ability to take on additional responsibilities such as new hire training, and quality review of the outgoing emails for newer team members. Also assists with new hire training and performing quality review of outgoing email communications for content, grammar and formatting. Acts as a subject matter expert for the team.

    DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    On a daily basis, serves as a subject matter expert and resource for others on the team when encountering more complex email scenarios received in the queue on the digital platform.

  • Assists with new hire training and performing quality review of outgoing email communications for content, grammar and formatting.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for the team, answering questions and providing guidance with limited direction from management. Assists with additional team projects as needed.
  • Provides timely written responses to participant email requests that come into the que on the digital platform.
  • Complies with company policies regarding written correspondence and privacy protection.
  • Maintains above average quality standards with regard to grammar format and content. Meets or exceeds productivity standards with regard to output of written correspondence.
  • OTHER PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With any degree and minimum of 3-5 years direct work-related experience.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills are critical to success in this role.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, meet deadlines, solve standard to complex problems and deliver/take constructive feedback.
  • EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree and equivalent work experience.
